Having a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Avijit from housekeeping is great at his work. Fast and efficient. Room services are prompt. Good is good. Amenities provided is environmental friendly. Looking forward to my stay here.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The food and stay was great. The staff members Bristy and Anita helped with the check in/ out. Housekeeping staff and waiters are coordial and polite. I would love to revisit again....................... ..........

The food was very nice and tasty!!😃The customer service was very good!The desert was very amazing!The building itself is very good by its design!The paratha was very nice and Butter chicken gravy was nice. Stay at Grand Mercure is so comfortable for family. This is my 4th visit in the past 2 year. When compared to the other Hotels I stayed in Me and my family likes the Breakfast here. Pastries at breakfast is my kids favourite. Chef Ashok and team does a great job to serve our taste buds. I highly recommend Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall for Business and family stay.

Great service, great food, great location, overall, great stay. I stayed for a whole week and I had a great time here. The service was top-notch, I had some mix-ups with my travel agent during check-in, but the hotel resolved it without causing me any hassle. Food was great, I’m not local so it’s great to have a “safe” menu while also tasting the local cuisines. The hotel is next to a mall for me to grab a snack and souvenirs, and also near the metro station.
